Easy returns & exchanges

Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return it or exchange it with our easy GREEN process!

  1. The timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date.
  2. The charge: $0 (for US only)
  3. To be eligible for return or exchange: 
    items should be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused, and unaltered (we know—that’s a lot of “un’s”!). Of course, please feel free to try the item on—just not for a night out or in. We simply ask that it’s returned the way you’d like to receive it: clean and new, with all tags attached. If an item arrives back to us damaged, worn, or not in returnable condition, we’ll reach out to let you know and can send it back to you upon request (shipping at your cost).

  4. Ineligible for return or refund: shipping fees, gift wrap fees, gift card purchases, and items marked as "final sale."

Note: Our easy return process uses USPS. If you prefer to send your item(s) with a different carrier, we recommend using a trackable method. Please send your package to:

Please print out either your order or ship confirmation email and include it with your returned item(s).

Send your package back by your preferred trackable shipping method to:

If you would like an exchange, please write what you would like in exchange on the printout you are enclosing. Please include your credit card number, expiry date, and CV2 code to cover any cost differences and/or shipping charges required for the exchange. There is a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover the outgoing shipment via Global Priority of your new item(s). If you need it faster, please call us at 1.781.743.2700.
